When you submit the form, your name or company, email address and message are sent to a server function on Vercel. Resend forwards the message to Martin Hůle by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form requests for spam and may process technical browser information. The server function does not maintain its own message database; service providers may process messages and operational data under their own policies. The message also remains in the recipient's email inbox.

Optional OpenAI advertising measurement
On the consultation pages, the OpenAI Pixel loads only after separate consent to advertising measurement. Previous consent to Tawk.to does not replace this choice. The pixel connects visits and successful form submissions with ads in ChatGPT. It may process technical visit information and save the oppref identifier from the link in its own __oppref cookie. If automatic advanced matching is enabled in the advertising account, supported form information may also be processed as a cryptographic hash.
Your choice is stored in the browser as hule-ads-choice-v1. You can change it under OpenAI advertising measurement in Privacy settings. Without consent, the pixel is not loaded and no conversion is sent. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement. A previous form submission is not sent retrospectively if consent is given later.
UTM campaign labels are included with your enquiry. The oppref identifier is included only when advertising measurement is allowed. It may remain in the address as you move between pages on this website; our navigation does not add it to external links.
