Challenge
The Samoživitelka foundation receives requests for support through its website. Applications need to be recorded and staff need evidence to assess them. Transferring the information is only the first part of that work.
I connected the web form, Make.com and Raynet CRM. Make.com processes each submission and records its data in Raynet, removing another round of manual entry.
AI-assisted checks compare application details with available public sources, including public fundraising information. Potential inconsistencies are passed to foundation staff.
For example, an applicant may state that they are not in insolvency while a check finds a potentially conflicting record. The system flags it for staff to verify and assess in context.
A finding is a reason to investigate. It is not proof of a false statement or an automatic reason to reject an application. Foundation staff make the final decision.
Online application details had to be transferred into the workflow, with information gathered separately for assessment.
Applications are recorded in Raynet and staff also receive flags for potential inconsistencies.
Routine data entry and initial checks now follow a connected workflow. Staff can focus on understanding each applicant's situation and providing support.
