02 / 05
The application randomly selects a simulated client personality: choleric, phlegmatic or sanguine. The choice is hidden from the representative.
Simulation setup
The selected personality shapes the client's behaviour
03 / 05
The representative follows the call script in a simulated conversation. The client responds according to its assigned personality, while the representative works towards booking a meeting.
Training in progress
The representative learns about the client during the conversation.
04 / 05
The aim is not to close a sale. It is to persuade the client to agree to a meeting.
The simulation's goal
The conversation is assessed afterwards
05 / 05
The application assesses the conversation and the client's responses for the sales director, helping identify where each representative needs further practice.

Challenge
I created a standalone training application for sales representatives. They practised conversations with a simulated client using the company's uploaded call script.
The goal was to secure a meeting without knowing the client's personality beforehand.
At the start, the application randomly selected one of three simulated personalities: choleric, phlegmatic or sanguine. This setting shaped the client's behaviour during the conversation.
The setting stayed hidden. Representatives had to listen, understand the responses and adapt their explanations and reasoning. The personality labels were simulation settings.
The exercise ended when the representative arranged a meeting. This gave the conversation a defined objective against which the interaction could be reviewed.
The application generated feedback from the conversation and the client's responses. The sales director received it as input for coaching the team.
The feedback helped identify whether someone needed more practice explaining, presenting arguments or understanding a client's perspective. Further training could focus on specific skills.
Representatives could practise their company's script with simulated clients who responded differently. Management received feedback from individual conversations to guide the team's development.
